Adverts will be visible for three months. First, please inform us once your item is sold. Alternatively, if it remains unsold, feel free to reach out and extend your listing for an additional three months.
Club spares
The club offers an extensive range of spares. Specifically, we carry rubber and plastic seals, undrilled stainless waist trim, gas mantles, brake linings, and wheel bearings. Additionally, we stock shock absorbers, springs, hitch dampers, and the Marwood Reversemaster—all on top of our current standard inventory. As a result, we’re building a new, dedicated spares section on our website very soon.

This caravan, a 1968 Cheltenham Sable with its GRP ends and roof that will clean easily so it’s just the straight timber sides and internals that need checking.

1972 Cheltenham Fawn
Nearside door model. Acquired from John Bradley in 1998 and towed 25,000 miles by current owners. It was last used during the Dulverton Cheltenham Owners Club meet back in October 2023. It has a fridge and a gas spaceheater. It is fitted with warm LED lighting and a 12v table lamp. The gas light works and has spare mantles.

1974 Cheltenham PUKU
This caravan has a long history and well known with the club. Recently attended the club’s 75th anniversary rally in Tewkesbury. The caravan tows perfectly without any issues whatsoever.
History is that the caravan has had extensive repair and restoration work over the years including our own repairs and modifications since we have had it. All questionable or rotted timbers have been replaced, Structural frames have been replaced with Laminated Ash and in some places such as door openings and frames with Mahogany or Oak as required. Where panels have been removed new insulation is fitted. Some decorative work has been replaced with oak veneer faced panelling. The upholstery benefits from an earlier restoration by Tina Bradley. All under bunk storage lockers are carpet lined.
In the kitchen/galley area the cooker is the favoured B700 combined two burner ring, grill and oven, fitted three years ago with very little use since. The hot water system was upgraded using a new Trumer Ultrastor Rapid GE Gas/Mains electric heater. The room space heater was replaced this year with the SB1800 fitted in the bottom of the wardrobe with the original location of the older heater now reverted to a matching cupboard opposite. The bathroom has a shower and some marine quality fittings including a toilet roll protective holder.
The RM212 refrigerator was serviced and runs perfectly on gas, mains and on 12 volt from the tow car when travelling. All lighting is 12 volt LED and a new intelligent charger/power unit is fitted. The previous owner, who played a keyboard, had the vertical china cupboard removed to accommodate the keyboard, so we made a new roof locker for crockery and glass ware.
Shock absorbers were replaced and the Mauward Automatic Reverse-master is fitted. Undersides are insulated.
A winter cover and awning is included if required.
When not in use or over winter the caravan has always either been in the workshop or under cover and jacked up off the wheels so relaxing the suspension. In general a well cared for caravan.

I recently completed the renovation of my Cheltenham Sable, which came with a complete Poulard awning. I have no use for the awning and would like it to go to a good home. It would need to be collected from my home in Epping but I would consider sending it by courier if the cost was covered. All poles and fittings are also included and in good condition. I have not erected the awning so it is my assumption that it is complete, I have no reason to believe otherwise.
